We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic CRM Manager to join our client for the next 2-3+ months, working full-time hours.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's CRM system, with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce. If you have previous experience conducting thorough assessments and enhancing data management processes in HubSpot, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current CRM system and data management processes.
• Develop a detailed plan for CRM improvement and data standardization.
• Implement best practices for data management and standardization.
• Standardize data across all objects and data sources to ensure consistency and alignment with Salesforce.
• Cleanse data to remove inaccuracies, duplicates, and outdated information.
• Establish processes for regular data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
• Create and manage a dashboard for monitoring data quality and integrity.
• Enrich CRM data using progressive profiling techniques and integration with ZoomInfo Enrich.
• Ensure enriched data provides valuable insights for business decision-making.
• Correlate and integrate data from various internal and external sources.
• Ensure seamless data integration to provide a unified view of customer information.
• Customize data relevance to align with specific business needs and contexts.
• Work with various departments to ensure CRM data supports their strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of data quality and CRM performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with MarTech and Demand Generation teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proven experience in data standardization, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo Enrich.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to customize and align data with specific business needs.
