We're on the hunt for our next Head Chef to run the kitchen here at Bufala River District. Minimum five shifts per week, and weekend availability are requirements for the role. We provide great training while working with exciting dishes created from locally sourced ingredients. There is also an opportunity for advancement within our hospitality group at large, with two new locations opening in Vancouver in the coming months.

Responsibilities include ordering & maintaining inventory, hiring, training, scheduling back of house staff, menu development, and creating feature menu items.
