Our client is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Construction Contracts Manager to join their team, to oversee the negotiation, administration, and execution of construction contracts for their diverse range of projects. As the Construction Contracts Manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective contract management, risk mitigation, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and finalize construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and other related documents.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements, budgets, and schedules, while mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
• Review and analyze contract terms, identifying areas that require negotiation, modification, or clarification to safeguard the company's interests.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scopes, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accurate contractual representation.
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any deviations or discrepancies promptly.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and legal counsel to ensure clarity and alignment on contractual obligations.
• Manage change order processes, evaluating the impact of proposed changes on scope, cost, and schedule, and facilitating their integration into contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager or a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contract principles, legal terminology, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address contract discrepancies and potential legal issues.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
