We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our team as an Office Manager.
This is an in-person role located in our office in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephones, greeting interviewees and clients.
- Distribution of incoming mail and courier sets.
- Ordering supplies.
- Accounts payable.
- Organizing / preparation for training schools.
- Conducting new hire orientations and administering of HR materials.
- Inputting new hires into ADP software and assisting Payroll Manager with monthly payrolls.
- Produce & maintain various reports as needed.
Qualifications
- At least five years’ experience in a Receptionist/Office Manager role.
- Proficient in programs such a Word, Excel and other MS office tools.
- Some working knowledge of ADP software.
- Highly motivated individual who is capable to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
