The Ideal Candidate:
• 10+ years of proven success in a B2B sales leadership role within the custom fabrication industry (retail display, museum exhibits, or tradeshow sectors or retail services a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales process design.
• A passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
