Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
