Position: Customer Service/ Dispatcher
Pay: $20.00 or above per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our client team in Moncton New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and effective movement of freight while providing superior service to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with all departments, terminals, and customers to eliminate barriers in equipment and freight movement.
• Ensure accurate reporting of performance volumes and forecasting; verify that scorecards are current and accurate.
• Schedule and manage pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Update customer portals regularly.
• Identify and proactively address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns.
• Strive to improve or enhance the customer experience.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead groups and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing situations, identifying problems or conflicts, and negotiating win-win scenarios.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry, including dispatch, dock operations, and equipment utilization, is considered an asset.
• Experience and understanding of the TruckMate System is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing reports using Word and Excel.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
