Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the chief investment officer and executive teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and handling expense reports
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executives. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond appropriately
Plan, organize, and execute meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensuring all necessary resources are available
Create, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Track and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, providing research, analysis, and administrative support
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
