We're searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Manager to head the Marketing Department, which includes the E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams. You'll report directly to the CEO and need to be a strategic leader who's great at motivating teams, coming up with new ideas, and crafting solid marketing plans. The aim is to boost our brand's visibility and make the most of business opportunities

Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing Department, overseeing E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams.
• Empower the team to achieve corporate, departmental, and personal objectives by effectively communicating the business's goals and rationale.
• Establish annual department objectives that align with team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the team to generate innovative growth and optimization strategies.
• Manage and allocate resources within annual department budgets.
• Identify and address any skill gaps within the department to cultivate a successful team.
• Set individual performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Overall Marketing Strategy:

• Supervise key objectives, emphasizing sales and brand marketing, with a focus on utilizing data to inform marketing decisions.
• Lead the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies for our diverse brand portfolio
• Become an expert on our brands, ensuring alignment of brand and strategy while overseeing the creation of visual and written content across all marketing channels.
• Provide strategic counsel on marketing best practices, contributing to the formulation and execution of comprehensive business plans.
• Establish and enforce processes to coordinate responsibilities and strategies across E-commerce, Design, and Brand Marketing departments.
• Take the lead on significant events like Black Friday, facilitating seamless collaboration among teams.
• Supervise the creation and approval of all marketing content, managing relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and monitoring e-commerce strategy progress.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the Research & Development Team on marketing efforts for product launches.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

• Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns, encompassing paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives, aimed at maximizing online visibility and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness through content marketing and improve Google ranking.
• Employ SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
• Devise and execute customer engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and stimulate word-of-mouth traffic.
• Tailor personalized marketing approaches to meet the diverse needs of our online customer base.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a college diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possess seven (7) years of experience in digital brand management, overseeing social media, PR, and content creation.
• Have five (5) years of leadership experience demonstrating the ability to effectively lead teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SEO, E-commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Have intermediate experience utilizing social media analytics platforms such as Hootsuite.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Be analytically inclined and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Show attention to detail and excel in problem-solving.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
