We’re looking for hardworking, fast-moving Bussers to join our team and help keep the party going until 3 or 4 AM every night.

About the Role As a Busser at The Roxy:

• You play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. You’ll work closely with servers, bartenders, security, and management to ensure that the floor runs smoothly-even at peak party mode.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, stays cool under pressure, and loves being part of a tight-knit team in one of Vancouver’s most iconic nightclub. 
• Responsibilities:
  •  Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently throughout the night
  • Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including floors, tables, bars, and guest spaces
  • Assist servers and bartenders with glassware, stock, and supplies
  • Support security and management with crowd flow and maintaining safe pathways
  • Manage garbage, recycling, and clean-up duties during and after service
  • Help execute closing procedures from 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM
  • Uphold The Roxy’s standards for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work late-night hours
• Availability for part-time or full-time schedules
• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Physically able to lift, carry, and move quickly throughout long shifts
• Prior nightlife, bar, or restaurant experience is an asset—but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
