The food is good, so you wont have to lie about it and feel bad about selling it to the customers. The managers will listen if you have and questions, complaints or suggestions. The hours are good too.

The training is great and everyone is welcoming in the beginning. However very quickly you can tell that the employees especially in the front of house are very cliquey and rude. There is one manager who does not know what they are doing and is very rude and I don’t know how they became a manager. Then there’s a bartender who picks and chooses when he wants to talk to you and be nice and everyone just lets that happen. Other then that the money is great and the training is extensive the other management is awesome it’s just particular employees who ruin the atmosphere and don’t make it as welcoming as it seem. They probably wouldn’t have such a high turnover rate if those certain employees weren’t there spoiling the experience to work there. I love how they train you to speak Japanese in the atmosphere and the food/cocktails are delicious!
