A typical day is you drive in or walk in, sign into your app that monitors your hours, you help load van's till it gets to your van when filled, you drive off, you log into another app to see your locations and use gps to drive and drop off deliveries. You get paid per hour and the CEO doesn't care if they get delivered/picked up just as long as you went there. about 45% of the time you are dealing with disgruntled clients who did not get there delivery on time. The slower you work the more you get compensated. Even tho its so boring and unfulfilling as i made sure 95% of my deliveries were dropped off and picked up. You do more driving than delivering which can be a bonus if it does not bore you to death which it did for me. after the deliveries are done you head back unload and clock out! Only bonus is since your hours are done through a mobile app your minutes are cumulative. They do give you free expired food in there freezer be careful when eating. Pro's you could get 60 hr work weeks with over time as some people like Customer Service milk this process not necessarily coming on time. just clocking in on time. A lot of workers slack of and get paid, and smoke weed on there breaks since there are no managers. Disappointing part of this company is, No management, complaints and issues get relayed like you are in high school, The CEO Company is macro manage through a mobile app, They don't have an human resource department or rep, They are sloppy from the CEO down, You get what you pay for through them, Customer service is way below average, the CEO messes around with your schedule, Just because it amuses him and then lets you go when it gets escalated, You maybe will be still waiting to get paid while this happens.
