I enjoyed my time at Arterra Wines Canada, I specifically worked for wine rack, as a multi-store manager. I was very fortunate to work with a great team of managers in my district & we truly supported one-another. As with any role, it all depends on whom you are working with and what there core values are, so others may have had a different experience than I did, but I truly enjoyed my time there. Busy periods require a lot of extra paperwork, however I feel this is typical when in management. I also managed Colo stores, which allowed for more flexibility with scheduling.
