I worked here for quite some time and worked my way up through many different times before landing a FD Shift Leader position. I quit due to some issues within management, which wouldn’t have been an issue had I not been in a managerial role. From my understanding there has been a significant change in leadership since when I was last employed here, and if you are in a non Shift Lead position, I imagine it’ll still be just as great as it was before!

Training was very good, detailed, intensive, but not stressful. Work life balance was a little bit of a struggle, as management was always looking for you to work. Tips were good, customer base was very drastic.

Pros: Lots of room for growth and areas of opportunities if wanted. Overall tips are VERY rewarding. Great environment to make friends! Not to mention great location that overlooks the ocean
Cons: Not for those who cannot be on their feet for long periods of time. Hours may be long for some. For some, they may find that Summer shifts are extremely stressful and most times are understaffed (workers and/or management)

Wonderful environment, people are very nice. Awful management who doesn't see you as a person. Staff is very under qualified with high expectations.
