Fun place to work. Full of younger people with a lot of energy. Helps the shift go by quicker when you have so many great people to work with. Managers and Sous Chefs very open to communication, and are quick to lend a hand. I found it very easy to connect with my fellow co workers right from the start.

I enjoyed my time at Cactus solely because the friends I made and got to know more there. Pay gets better if you stay with the place. The management team however (more specifically the heads of the location) , consists of selfish, inconsiderate and pretty childish people. They try to pass as friends and show that they care but honestly at the end of the day all they care about is money, not you. If you’re on their "good side" they will 100% treat you better but the moment you do or say anything that goes against what they want (whether thats questioning their judgment or complaining about a legit issue) they will make your life miserable. Another great thing is that they dont really do much to help (unless their own boss is around) ! In my experience whenever we would experience rushes they enjoyed taking their time eating their meals chatting about their Louis bags (or "meetings" as they call them) while you get to run around, like a chicken without a head, stressing about all the things you have to do.
