The people and the food quality is so high, that the tip pool with Pepinos is almost worth it. With the room is so small & both restos sharing a lot, it can be tough to wrap your brain around tip pooling with everybody, especially with the quality of service expected on the Tana side. Training is very well-rounded and comprehensive, with regular staff meetings to introduce new products and services.
Tips were great, and good staff discount programs (and free staff lunch!) and great team moral for front and back of house
Lots of room for advancement in the company, as committed employees often got trained in new roles
