Working here was a great experience. Its rare in the restaurant industry to feel cared for by management but La Tana really does treat their employees with respect! Training is very well-rounded and comprehensive, with regular staff meetings to introduce new products and services. Tips were great, and good staff discount programs (and free staff lunch!) and great team moral for front and back of house Lots of room for advancement in the company, as committed employees often got trained in new roles
Work life balance not perfect as they do expect you to keep in touch via a few different apps regarding business adjustments, but it is necessary to keep up with their service standards.
