Such a fun environment to work in, such incredible women which makes the job fun everyday! Leadership is very thoughtful and supportive. Such a great experience to be in all the action for concerts and hockey games!

Great perks and atmosphere, but the event based schedule and lack of consistent pay make balancing this job quite difficult. Good for students or people looking for in between part and full time.

Overall great place to work if you can handle the chaos, you get hit super hard for a short period of time and then the bar dies off once the game/event starts. Management isn't always super helpful since half of them are nowhere to be found on the floor. However this is a much better place to work as there's some structure in place and they're flexible with you juggling other jobs in regards to commitment to shifts.

Hard to move up in company due to high turnover in the department. Supervisors are always new and can’t always help answer questions. Worst pay in all of the alcohol service departments and only department to serve alcohol and not receive tips. Not allowed to accept tips from customers when offered and there’s not enough hours and pay to make ends meet. Only good for extremely part time work and a little extra “fun money”. Best part is the coworkers and the friendships made from working with such a large and diverse group of people.
