Overall great place to work if you can handle the chaos, you get hit super hard for a short period of time and then the bar dies off once the game/event starts. Management isn't always super helpful since half of them are nowhere to be found on the floor. However this is a much better place to work as there's some structure in place and they're flexible with you juggling other jobs in regards to commitment to shifts.

Hard to move up in company due to high turnover in the department. Supervisors are always new and can’t always help answer questions. Worst pay in all of the alcohol service departments and only department to serve alcohol and not receive tips. Not allowed to accept tips from customers when offered and there’s not enough hours and pay to make ends meet. Only good for extremely part time work and a little extra “fun money”. Best part is the coworkers and the friendships made from working with such a large and diverse group of people.

As a premium bartender in the west town club section, I had an absolute blast. Great coworkers, great management & supervisors. The culture was fantastic and the pay too. Tips were excellent depending on which events you worked on, and the flexibility to set your shift a month ahead allowed you to have an amazing work-life balance.

Highly recommended as a great employer. My only reason for leaving was my full-time commitment to another role that better suited me at the time. Would work here again in a heartbeat.

Nice environment, and fun to work. Every shift you will work in a different stand, which doesn't allow us to become a specialist in anything. Few hours per week.

It was pretty to meet the employers as well as employees. They had a great behaviour towards their employees and the employees were very coordinative as wherever help needed, they help on time without any hesitation. The only thing I left it was because I was not getting enough shifts in a month.
