There was a very obvious favoritism going on in the management. But if you want a fast promotion, this is a good place for you since you can be a manager in 3 years. Working in the beautiful environment surrounded by nature also is a benefit. The payment is below the industry average, plus the manager takes your tip while sitting in the office. I recommend it to entry level workers who want to get a part time jobs, but never to serious long-term job seekers who want to grow.

I enjoyed working in the Forrest. I felt i was underpaid for the amount of work I was putting into the company, I knew how all the food & beverage venues worked. During the peak seasons the park would be crazy busy and sometimes I wouldn’t get a break which was exhausting. But overall i think the views and team member around made it more enjoyable and easy to get through the crazy times.
