I used to serve and moving into a sales associate position was an easy transition. The money isn't as good (I made a lot at my last job) but it's consistent and DLs are popping up everywhere so there's good opportunity with this company. If you're into cannabis and looking to apply your restaurant skills you might want to consider Dutch Love.

Upper management does not care about their employees, they are disposable to them. They claim it is super easy to advance up within the company and they make so many promises they never keep. They expect you to live, eat, sleep Dutch Love and if you aren’t up to their ridiculous and hypocritical standards, you are out. I never questioned my job security, not once, and I was fired mid pandemic in a position of MOD, while they were already short staffed due to a hearsay situation. They would rather start over with a whole new person than offer training and coaching. The Springfield managers are a dream, they are quite incredible people but unfortunately the people above them are ridiculous. This is a big corporation that doesn’t care for their employees one bit. Promises of a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month pay increase and benefits from day 1, this was never talked about again. Ultimately this place chewed me up and spat me out. I lived the Dutch Love life just like they expected and they still let me go without ever giving me 1 write up.
