You're expected to step in to other roles when the restaurant needs it, which is literally every shift. Tips aren't great, around $2/hr, which is very low considering how big Earls is. Coworkers are amazing though, and some managers are very friendly and supportive, willing to teach and help you in anything as long as you show interest and dedication. Shifts are based on your performance and availability. There's very little room for growth; some people have been working in the restaurant for a year or two but still hasn't moved up despite having asked multiple times.
