Environment and staff are great, lovely FOH team working the front and excellent chefs in the back. The only issues is management and scheduling. Management does not like it if you have personal endeavours outside of work, even if it doesn't affect service. Management will purposefully schedule you on unavailable days every week.

Extremely toxic work environment. For FOH it's still worth it because of the high tipout. BOH is paid unfairly and is exploited to the maximum capacity

Overworking, underpaid, unreliable and incompetent management team that's got favoritism. Cliquey and highly highschooly coworkers and management. If you clique with the management or you are a sheep type person you will get promoted quickly but if you don't, good luck. Decent food for a corporate, some decent people around.
