I've worked at rama for almost 9 years and coming back after covid things are great pits that are supervisors now are friendlier we are left alone to do our jobs and the supervisors are there if we need them. There are no more clicks and favouritism we are all treated fairly and with respect now. I would say the only thing I dont like if you have last break and you are meo 20 minutes or so before you go home not only do you loose last break but an hour pay. I would like to see this change but I would still say it's so much better then it's ever been.

When you start, you will work late nights which is great when you have young kids or families. Pay including tips is very reasonable for the work inquired. The HR department is hard to get a hold of, as it is a big company with many employees. Goo...

The HR department is hard to get a hold of, as it is a big company with many employees. Good benefits, but a lot of long hours on your feet in one place.
