Very poor management and upper management. They don't care about their staff and they make it hard to work in a positive environment. It was also always stressful, as they are always understaffed and don't know how a restaurant should be run.
Great team, Good management, Meh pay for some of the sh** we get.
Management was condescending and the team felt very cliquey, I felt like an outsider and felt unwelcome in the workplace. The only perk was the free seasons pass.
