With a highly anticipated launch in fall 2019, Gusto 501 brings an authentic, community-driven culinary experience to Toronto’s east end. In partnership with award-winning architecture and design firm, Partisans, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group is transforming the once-auto body shop at 501 King St. East into five levels of open-air dining space, each with its own unique food and drink menu. This architecturally significant addition to Toronto’s Corktown neighbourhood is punctuated by a floor-to-ceiling glass façade, reclaimed terracotta accents, and the “attico” – an intimate space designed for immersive Chef dinners.
