Management quite irresponsible and company culture is quite meaner than most food service places. There are definitely ways/chances/opportunities to do well, but you will come across many factors that will stop or inhibit you. This being management, your own coworkers, corporate decisions, etc.

Was hired the beginning of January, they continued to hire a bunch of staff they said to prepare for the summer. Was fired today along with three others for no reason. Was told " think you're not a good fit for the company". No reason or warning a...

Was hired the beginning of January, they continued to hire a bunch of staff they said to prepare for the summer. Was fired today along with three others for no reason. Was told " think you're not a good fit for the company". No reason or warning anything was wrong. Seems like they hired a lot of people to then get rid of people who they don't like. Rather than support and train the staff they hired to be better. I was willing to learn and wanted to improve and that wasn't enough for them. Manager who was asked to escort me out of the building said "sorry girl" as I walked out the door. A lot of staff who have been there for awhile are unhappy with lack of hours and excuses from management.

Thorough and attentive training for new staff and a diligent hiring process. Working here gave me important hospitality skills and resilience that I still use to this day!
