During a day shift I was the only server until 2:30 in the afternoon- which meant the only server in the restaurant during the lunch rush. Since I am experienced I was able to handle it, but I would prefer an extra set of hands to make sure customers are getting the best service.
During the evening shift it was more manageable, with more hands helping when the restaurant picked up.
