The majority of the FOH staff are dedicated, hard working genuinely lovely people. Pretty good tips as a host but still not a lot compared to servers as is industry standard.

I love working at Farina. This is the best restaurant that I have ever worked at. The kitchen staff, my co-workers, the management, they're incredible!
