Expect their servers to memorize every ingredient in 26 menu items and all of their cocktail and wine descriptions in the first 2 weeks, AND handle a 15 table section. Also all the management and employees are Ukrainian, they have 0 diversity, and not being Ukrainian myself I felt often like I was being talked about behind my back, which I did not appreciate. Management and back of house also take an INSANE cut of 50% out of each server's tips each day, which is just unethical. New employees are all on edge and afraid of losing their jobs, and the other more experienced employees call the management "liars," which are just red flags. I also did not get my tips for the first 5 days that I worked there.

The only plus was that everything is 50% off for employees. Other than that, it's a terrible place to work.
