During Naveen’s childhood in India, eating was an opportunity to get together with family and friends to share one of life’s simplest pleasures: a good meal. In the late 1980s, Seth immigrated to Canada and began a new life. After building a successful business where he would rescue failing convenience stores, he transitioned into the IT sector. From there, his passion for fresh authentic food led him to La Prep. After more than a decade as a master franchisor for Southern Ontario, Seth bought the whole chain in 2017. He has since led a major overhaul of the brand and has set his sights on doubling its 50 restaurants across Canada in four years.
