We are seeking warm, polished, and service-driven Concierge team members who create unforgettable guest experiences from the moment clients arrive to the moment they leave. As the face of the brand, Our concierge manage guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinate appointments, make and serve amazing drinks, and ensure the seamless flow of the guest experience throughout the space. Working closely with nail and spa technicians, the Concierge team helps create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere while delivering attentive hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in every interaction.
