You'll MeeT and work with some of the most amazing people, but BoH turn-over rate is super high, and a lot of the managers won't work to solve issues. Tips are great, but base wage is lacking for the work.
I'd recommend Meet on Main as an employer. They were good to me as I served parttime about a year ago. Friendly managers and staff. Solid team environment. Good location on the Main strip.
I work here and love it. We're a real family. We focus on taking care of the people who come in and we serve really good plant based comfort food. Is there anything more to say?
