As a fisrt timer on the restaurant industry, I´ll always be grateful for everything I learned here! Mila has a great enviroment, guests are 90% of the time incredibly nice and the tips can get really high on busy nights.

The staff and the company values at Mila are incredible! Not the place to make money as a server, but any other position is a fantastic work opportunity.
