Was lucky with my location (Richmond Garden City) to have a great management team. Very understanding with shifts and made the workplace fun to be at. Her management support team was also good, but working with a particular manager on her days in was the highlight. Tip out was every Friday which was pretty good depending on what days you worked and what the meal rushes were like. I made about $20/4 hr shift in tips, so couldn't really complain.
