worked in many a restaurant over the years, and this one is blessed with a steady stream of guests. tip out isn't crazy high like some spots, but more than makes up for it in consistency. takes a bit to adjust to as most staff have been there a while and are pretty tight knit, but everyone is welcoming. generally speaking, great clientele that come in as well. staff food isn't great.

Poor management team, lack of organization overall when it came to service. Great coworkers to work within a busy establishment that was fiscally doing well. Bad management and poor support and training from the management team at Nightingale.

Unfortunately the company was undergoing issues during the height of COVID, led to some complications within the hierarchy of staff return. The management was ok, overall organized and friendly workspace.

Great place. Good work environment, good management and great offering of F&B. Bustling and popular place so it is always busy.

Huge division and animosity between AM prep cooks and the PM line cooks. Morning staff were provided and a staff meal and a place to sit down to eat. Evening staff were only served the room temperature leftovers and provided a milk crate by the staff washroom. Passive aggressive notes on prep lists were the norm and management appeared to encourage this behaviour.
