Was great for the first few years I worked there but post-pandemic upper management tightened the purse strings to the point of dysfunction. Refused to pay for new major equipment that was breaking down constantly including oven, fryer, dishwasher, & glasswasher. Wouldn't pay enough to retain BOH staff and there became a rotating door of people who weren't trained properly. As far as I understand only the MP location has to tip-out the commissary & catering kitchen that supplies all locations, even though they are technically a separate entity. Our tipout to them was also raised post-pandemic instead of raising wages.
