There was a big managerial turn over during my time there, the GM that left was reliable, easy to talk to and very well liked. The new management however (including the HR department) would greatly benefit from reforming the way they approach conflict resolution.

After a misunderstanding that I had with a coworker, I was brought in on my day off, interrogated and asked not to communicate with the coworker which did not sit well with me at all. The reasoning that they had was that the other party was "uncomfortable" which to me is a weak excuse. I feel that it would be in the companies best interest moving forward to put principles over personalities and to create a mediated space for both parties involved to come to an understanding. Enforcing communication bands is not a winning strategy to creating harmony in the work place. I did not feel comfortable working there after this experience and I left a few months after it happened.
