Super awesome place to work. Good people and good management. Flexible and genuinely somewhere I just enjoyed working. Pretty good tips as well considering that it’s not table service.

Pros:

Welcoming Environment: Popina Canteen fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, making employees and customers alike feel comfortable and valued.

Diverse Team: The workplace is comprised of a diverse team of individuals, creating an inclusive and enriching environment that encourages learning from different perspectives.

Innovative Cuisine: Popina Canteen is known for its innovative and delicious cuisine, giving employees the chance to work with unique ingredients and expand their culinary knowledge.

Professional Growth: The company offers opportunities for professional development, including workshops, training, and exposure to various aspects of the food industry.

Collaborative Culture: The emphasis on teamwork and collaboration at Popina Canteen fosters a supportive environment where employees can learn from one another and collectively strive for excellence.

Cons:

Busy Work Hours: Due to the popularity of the canteen, work shifts can often be busy and demanding, which might be challenging for those who prefer a more relaxed work pace. The summer time is most busy as it is a workplace that offers soft ice cream named 'Puff Creams'

High Expectations: While the emphasis on excellence is a positive aspect, it can also lead to high expectations and pressure, particularly during peak hours.

Limited Break Times: Depending on the workload, employees might have limited time for breaks, which could impact their ability to recharge during shifts but breaks are always given.

Physical Demands: The nature of the food industry often involves standing for extended periods, which might be physically demanding for some employees.

Fast-Paced Environment: The fast-paced environment, while exciting, might not suit everyone's working style, as it requires quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
