Staff is really nice and friendly. If you work their events it's really great money, but there just isn't enough consistency for it to be sustainable. It was a high standard restaurant pre covid and management is clearly trying to cling to that without providing proper training. It's a great place if you're in school and don't want to be working all the time but not something to rely on. Most of the management team has never worked FOH so they make a lot of weird decisions and are bad at time management which trickles down and effects the rest of the team.

This job is great if you need extra money. However management isn't the most friendly and welcoming. IT is very easy to feel uncomfortable because the Chef has a bad temper and yells at people. He is very picky and you can be sent home for things you didn't know and never got trained for. Also they expect you to know everything without even training you so it can definitely affect your mental health.
