Great job if you want to travel while you work, hours are very long avg 14 per day. Ive had pretty good relations with everyone ive worked with managers are great altho most differ in how sop should be followed with is an issue that needs to be looked into.
no real opprotunity to get paid more for experience or education since they give a seasonal raise every year (small raise) so it makes it very difficult to get more if you feel your worth more.
Make a living in 6-7 months then you can chill, or travel or whatever you want till next season
overall love working there and will be returning again for another season
