tips as a server are good, however as a hostess the amount of hard work you do doesn't reflect on the tip out. The company values are very distorted, as long as you are friends with management you basically can do whatever without any accountability or consequences. A lot of inappropriate behaviour that gets brushed under the rug rather than addressing and resolving.
