Management is a revolving door. Within the 3 years I worked there we went through 8 mangers. The difficulty was one day you were told to do something one way then another manger would come in and tell you not to do that. Additionally there was no support when you did need a manager to talk to a frustrated guest.

Toxic work environment, over staffing of middle management and understaffing of actual staff. It’s a revolving door where you’ll need to pick up the amount of work for more than two bodies due to no one wanting to stay. The ones who do stay long term become a part of the problem and remain with the toxic culture and status quo. Most co workers are decent, they hire some strange people and look for individuals who need work to stay in the country and other forms of weakness to them in order to control. Only upside is staffed meals, however beware it may cause food poisoning, watch for flies.

Great location to work, great co-workers throughout ALL departments. Food&Beverage management is by far lacking.
