Most business is from the 'after work' crowd (lawyer heavy) financial district and tourists/in towners from events centre and cruise ship port. Summer=Busy Winter=Slow. Some outlets private within the club (higher wage, no tips) and pub is open to public (low wage, alright tips).

I don't really see a Culture an Values, but it is a fun place to be! It usually is busy enough, the team is great and most of everyone working there has a smile on their face! As a server, money isn't great, tips are spit in a way that no one kno...

I don't really see a Culture an Values, but it is a fun place to be! It usually is busy enough, the team is great and most of everyone working there has a smile on their face! As a server, money isn't great, tips are spit in a way that no one knows and it does bugg many people. but beside the money/tip questionning, it is a good place to work. The hourly wage is very good for a server, but doesn't catch up the lack of tips. Work environment is good. It's a lot of Rushes followed by quiet, then another rush etc. Again, beside the lack of transparency on the tip situation, management is great. GM is always on the floor helping out, chatting with guests and employee. Direct manager are flexible, understanding and professional.
