Ceili’s (pronounced “Kaylee’s”) is the Irish Gaelic word for the gathering of friends for drinks, food and good times. For Ceili’s fans and pub-goers alike, it’s not hard to check your workday at the door and let the good times roll while you sip the perfect pint and enjoy the “craic” with great company. Ceili’s started “pouring the pints” as part of the Pennylane Entertainment Group back in 1999, and the taps have not turned off since. Mike Joseph, former Vice President of Pennylane Entertainment, jumped on the opportunity when the chance came his way to purchase the Ceili’s brand in 2009. Since then, Joseph and his team have been working behind the scenes laying the foundation of growth and opportunities for the Ceili’s Irish Pub & Restaurant chain. We currently operate four high profile pubs; two locations in Calgary and three in Vancouver.
