I worked here briefly and was pretty disappointed. Initially I was really impressed with the management and their professionalism as well as the support that they had for their staff. After I worked there longer I realized that everything was falling apart at the seams and most of the staff were pretty annoyed and upset with the actual support, which there wasn't much of. Some team members would work 16 hour shifts due to being short-staffed. When I first started as a busser they would buy me dinner whenever I had to work a shift solo, as it became more common that ceased and instead I was just expected to work a 3 person job by myself without any sort of compensation except for "we really appreciate you're working hard" When I finally got my tips I was really upset to see that those nights where it had been absolutely packed, and I was the only busser I'd only made $15 in tips. This was really the biggest slap in the face and after I saw that I resigned.

Some of the management are great people to talk to and seem supportive but I genuinely don't feel like they know what they're doing. Their support is shallow and a lot of the staff are constantly stressed out, people aren't compensated properly and morale was incredibly low. I've worked some shitty restaurant jobs, but this was by far the most stressful for the lowest pay.

This location was in a prime spot for attracting all sorts of clientele, and this allowed me to expand my perspectives on the wide variety of guests this company aims to serve, and I am proud to have been a part of the team.
