Wage and tips don't compensate for the number of duties you have even in an entry position. Nice to have a staff meal, although most of the time it was frozen meals. No room to grow. They will discount 15 minutes if you arrive 1 minute late. No brake. Strict dress code. People are great, tho.

I really enjoyed working at Thierry Chocolates as a servers assistant because I was able to rotate between three job positions over the course of the week.
