Working in Trattoria was a brief experience, it only lasted 6 months as the store had to shut down due to leasing problems in Park Royal. The benefits/discounts were great, as well as the food. However, the environment was competitive for some reason, most of the former employees were teenagers making it feel like a less matured workplace specially for front of the house. There were incidents that should have been handled better but since there were a handful of teenagers at that time it wasn't really as proficient. Overall, the management tried to do their best to handle these problems and was really helpful.
