The workplace is quite structured and organized. I enjoyed the management that I worked with. Managers are easy to approach (and reasonable) and request time off or a switch in the schedule. I felt comfortable asking questions, and for help when needed, which helped me ease into the position. Team leads were kind to new staff and helped make the workplace a more welcoming environment. You learn a lot of foundational work skills, and although I did not enjoy some moments in the workplace where it felt like a "grind" to reach a target or task goal, I think it helped establish good work ethic.
