VELA is located at King and Portland in Toronto, a high pedestrian traffic area, especially for those seeking dining and bar experiences. VELA has spared no expense, hiring a top restaurant architectural firm, Partisans, who won an award for their design of Bar Raval, among others. Their design incorporates the objective of recreating the sophistication, liveliness and ambience of a grand hotel lobby bar, and is housed in an historic building in the heart of downtown Toronto.
