The Position

Make each and every guest’s stay a great Gateway one!

 

As a Guest Services Representative you will meet, greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, and provide solutions for any concerns.

  • Like welcoming and talking with guests both on the telephone and in person regarding products, events and promotions
  • Can juggle multiple tasks, manage time well, and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Have a smile and patience for everyone you meet and are tactful in dealing with sensitive matters
  • Can benefit from working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends

 

What You’ll Require

  • Minimum 6 months experience in the guest services / hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including demonstrated ability to be friendly, efficient, polite and patient
  • Working knowledge of computer skills
  • Knowledge of additional languages or cultures an asset
