What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and cooking dishes to our standards during service
Assisting in the production of fresh, handmade pasta (dough preparation, rolling, cutting, shaping, filling)
Maintaining mise en place and station organization
Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
Following all food safety and sanitation standards
Working collaboratively with the chef and team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of kitchen experience (Italian experience is an asset)
Passion for pasta-making and traditional techniques
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to stay composed under pressure
Team-oriented mindset
Food Safe certification (preferred)
